RiverTown Press was born from the owner's love of all things paper and ink.
Lisa DeYoung, owner of RiverTown Press, began her journey in printing and lettering as a young woman. Her college education provided her a love for graphics, but little practical knowledge or skills. She began printing -learning to run a small offset press- at Lallie, Inc., a personalized stationery company, just out of college.
Over the years DeYoung's career lead her through a number of positions in graphics and marketing -both in publishing production and at a corporate level.
"I am a lettering and book artist who dabbles in other media. I started RiverTown Press with a journal and card line, and found that I don't enjoy major mass production of my own work. My work is now produced as 'unique' or 'limited edition'. At this point I don't feel compelled to number - or keep track of the number of any particular edition. And I am happy to sign any piece you purchase."

RiverTown Press is located in Salida, Colorado -a small city in the Arkansas River Valley, and a stone's throw from the Continental Divide and the 14,000+ feet Collegiate Peaks.
